That’s 2 to 5 points for every inquiry! Also, there was some fraud on my account and she advised me on what to do about it so me and my family wouldn’t have to worry over it anymore. Wow, I felt like she really cared about the things that were bothering me. Another thing I really appreciate is the way she listened to me. She never cut me off when I was talking and she asked questions that let me know she was thinking about my problem – that my credit problem was important. And I could call her for help whenever I needed to, even on the weekends. If she was busy or out of the office, she always called me back before the end of the next day.
